As a rule, we do not rent to more than one party at a time.
If you are booking as a couple or a small group and would like to share your fun with e.g. another couple staying at the same time, please let us know so we can take it into account. We can offer separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The playing facilities, of course, are to be shared, as well as the kitchen. (We will gladly offer you a special price on request.)

Please inform us in advance about special preferences, ideas and desires or else which might be important to you. If possible, we will prepare special arrangements for you to be comfortable.
On request, it might also be possible to arrange some dominant or submissive services.

Pricelist

The basic rent includes: playroom with double-bed, a second two-person bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, the entire outdoor area, the use of all playing facilities and the accommodation of 2 persons.

From off 4 persons, we offer a third, and from off 6 persons a forth double-bed room. All the linen is included.

Additional persons	Euro 25,00 per day each
Additional bedroom	Euro 20,00 per day
Cleaning and extra costs	Euro 60,00 one-time Euro 80,00 from off 4 persons

The duration of your booking should be at least a week. You are welcome to arrive and leave on any day of the week. Your arrival should be after 17.00 and your departure before 11.00 o’ clock.
With paying a deposit of 50% of the total price your booking is final. The second half of the rental sum is due 4 weeks before arrival.

For the protection and upkeep of our equipment, we ask a bail sum of Euro 100.00 per person. It is to be paid cash on arrival and will be paid back on departure.

How to get here

You can travel by car via Italy ( ferry from Venice or Ancona to Patras ) or by plane to Athens, or maybe Kalamata. ( For adventurers, there are more possibilities, but these are the most convenient ways.)
Renting a car at the airport can easily be settled on-line.

The drive from Athens or Patras takes 3.5 to 4 hours. Detailed directions will be sent to you with the booking confirmation.
